Sirop Rocher3cl
Vodka4cl
1 egg white or 6 drops of Velvet (vegan egg white)
GlasswareMartini glass
Built around the Sirop Le Rocher.
Method

Add ice cubes to a shaker

Pour 4cl of Vodka, 3cl of syrup and 1 egg white or 6 drops of Velvet

Shake
4
Strain and pour into a Martini glass

Garnish with flowers
