Built around the Sirop Flan.
Method

Add ice cubes to a shaker

Pour 3cl of Vodka, 3cl of syrup and 4cl of single cream

Shake

Strain and pour into an Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice

Add a straw and garnish with flowers *this cocktail is not vegan
