Sirop Paris-Brest2cl
Vodka3cl
Amaretto1cl
Freshly squeezed lemon juice1cl
1 egg white or 6 drops of Velvet

Built around the Sirop Paris-Brest.
Method

Add ice cubes to a shaker

Pour 3cl of Vodka, 2cl of syrup, 1cl of Amaretto, 1cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 egg white or 6 drops of Velvet

Shake

Strain and pour into a Martini glass

Garnish with flowers
