Sirop Macaron Ispahan3cl
Vodka3cl
Amaretto1cl
Freshly squeezed lemon juice1cl
1 egg white or 6 drops of Velvet (vegan egg white)

Method

Add ice cubes to a shaker

Pour in 3cl of vodka, 3cl of syrup, 1cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1cl of Amaretto and 1 egg white or 6 drops of Velvet

Shake

Strain into a Martini glass

Garnish with flowers
