Freshly squeezed lemon juice2,5cl

Built around the Sirop Caviar.
Method

Add ice cubes to a shaker

Pour 4cl of Gin, 2cl of syrup, 2,5cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Shake
4
Strain and pour into an Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice

Garnish with an oyster leaf
