Angel's Share Cocktail, created for Maison KILIAN PARIS

The Angel's Share Syrup is an indulgent creation pairing hazelnut, cinnamon and VSOP Cognac. To date, it is one of Baylinc's most singular creations and the first syrup in our collection to include Cognac, a tribute to the rich heritage of KILIAN HENNESSY.

The syrup pairs naturally with tonka-infused Lillet Blanc and Baylinc's Vodka Gold Diamant, giving rise to a cocktail with rich, harmonious notes for a truly memorable experience.

Ingredients

Sirop Angel’s Share2cl

Vodka4cl

White aperitif wine infused with tonka bean1cl

Freshly squeezed lemon juice1,5cl

GlasswareMartini glass

Method

Add ice cubes to a shaker

Pour 2cl of Sirop Angel’s Share, 4cl of Vodka, 1cl of white aperitif wine, 1,5cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 6 drops of Velvet

Shake

Strain and pour into a Martini glass

Garnish with flowers
