GOLDEN DIAMOND VODKA

The Golden Diamant is a French vodka redistilled and bottled on the farm. Incorporating potatoes grown on-site, this vodka is distinguished by the subtlety of its aromas and
the pleasure of a non-aggressive tasting experience.

The varieties of potatoes that grow on the distillery’s lands are selected based on strict criteria of size and dry matter content, essential for the final aromatic quality
of the vodka.

The Golden Diamant Vodka is then obtained from a double distillation of wheat alcohol and a selection of potatoes, sorted from the harvest.

This double distillation takes place on the distillery’s own lands
in a French-made hybrid still.
